Take It From Me |

Take It From Me, Straight Talk From a Teen Who's Been There, was written by Molly, a 17-year-old who's decided to play big sister to girls 8-12, sharing advice from her own experiences. Michele's Granola |
Mar 3-7 |
If you enjoy granola, and have a passion for local food and preserving small family farms, the Potomac Adventist Book & Health Food Store is pleased to introduce you to Michelle's Granola.
Michelle's Granola is handmade with all-natural, preservative-free ingredients in Baltimore. Because each batch is hand-mixed, the individual grains, seeds and nuts stay intact and the granola sticks together in big chunks -- fun for snacking right out of the bag! And the company aims to be green in every way. Besides using organically grown ingredients, Michelle recycles, sells most of her products locally to save packaging and transportation resources, and donates a portion of the proceeds to help low-income women in developing countries start food businesses of their own. Michelle's Granola is a great-tasting food you can feel good about eating! |
